Last night, we saw the very first Online Trollbeads Convention go live at midnight at www.steffans.co.uk.Despite the initial technical difficulties, caused by the enormous amount of people visiting the site at the time, the convention was a resounding success.
The huge demand caused by the convention, slowed down the website and in some occasions restricted entry completely. However our dedicated web team worked throughout the night to minimise the issues and make sure the event went ahead without any further complications.
Amongst the large amount of fine and rare beads that were available we sold 1x Chicken and Egg, 4x Silver Hen beads, 2x Trollstone kits, 7x Gemstone Kits, 1x Chinese Bracelet, 1x OOAK kit, all of the Red and Pink prisms, 2x Roosters to name a few.
Don't worry too much though, there are still plenty of goodies left online.
As a gesture of goodwill, Steffans will be donating 100-00 GBP from the total sales of the convention to the Movember charity, all of the proceeds will go towards supporting prostate cancer and testicular cancer initiatives.
