I just wanted to say a big thank you for the brilliant service I received from the staff at your store. I ordered a Pandora heart valentines ring and couldn't be more pleased with the service.

After ordering the same ring from a different company and waiting nine weeks with no outcome and no ring, I couldn't be more pleased with the friendliness and efficiency I had from you. I was served by a man but unfortunately do not know his name. He very kindly offered to get the ring resized for me and he was very polite and knowledgeable. I had received the ring within in two weeks which has been resized and to the highest standard and quality and with lovely packaging
