Steffans would like to thank you all for making this years Trollbeads Convention so special. We do hope that it was an excellent experience for everyone, and that everybody found what they were looking for.
We would like to thank you also for all the kind comments we have received. We love to know that our customers are happy and that our hard work is being appreciated.
Here are just a few positive bits of feedback we've received.
"Just a quick email to say a big thank you for the Trollbead Convention Event which you held today at the Deco Theatre in Northampton. My Husband and I travelled from Bristol to be with you today and found the parking facilities to be excellent and the staff very considerate towards my 7 month pregnancy.
I attended the Steffans Trollbead convention last year and much preferred this year's opportunity to choose our ooak beads and the layout used to sell beads. It was much easier this year to access and see which beads you wanted to buy and to move from one section to another. Also the selection of beads available was excellent, (although a little sorry that there were not any convention exclusive beads, like there was in 2010).
My husband enjoyed watching the bead maker at work and now has a greater appreciation of the work which goes into these beads, I would have enjoyed it too, only I was too busy working out which beads to buy!
If Steffans were to run a Convention again next year, would it be possible to bring back the 'talks' and the Troll Museum. As these are great for getting the supportive but non Trollbeads enthusiasts who come along with us to these conventions, into the product.

"Thank you for putting so much effort into the convention, I had a great time buying beads and seeing troll-friends, well worth the 4 hour trip down from the North East ;) It was lovely being able to talk to Steff too :) I also think it was great that you had retired beads available (at correct prices) it made a lot of people very happy, and it was a GREAT idea to limit the purchase of the rare retireds to one per customer, thank you - although some of the rare retired beads like pyramids and quatre were put on the 'buy as many as you want' rack ;) The people who got those definitely hit the jackpot! Will there be another convention next year?!"
